This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within two to five minutes of confirmation by the payment network. ppt89 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, certain payment providers may apply their own processing fees, for which ppt89 accepts no responsibility.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets — including those belonging to family members — are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the originating account and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
ppt89 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that gambling is causing financial harm to the Player, or where a Player has voluntarily requested deposit restriction under the Platform's responsible gaming tools.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the ppt89 cashier interface. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your ppt89 Account and verified under KYC. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no stated maximum single withdrawal amount for standard tier accounts; however, Black Diamond VIP members benefit from elevated withdrawal processing priority and enhanced daily limits as described in the VIP Programme Terms.

Processing times are targets, not guarantees. General bonus conditions applicable to all ppt89 promotions:

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
